Georgians United is a Georgia-based, cross-partisan, non-profit organization committed to revitalizing our democracy, because every vote should count. We were founded in the fall of 2020 by Georgia businesspeople after hearing Katherine Gehl and Michael Porters’ diagnosis of Why Competition in the Politics Industry is Failing America and their proposed solution for Fixing US Politics.

As businesspeople, we were attracted to the use of competition theory to diagnose the structural causes of our present political system’s dysfunction, as well as the powerful and achievable proposed change to the rules of the game to create better outcomes.
